Our solutions
What exactly is CLIAK?
CLIAK is the brand under which we market our management software: inventory, projects, personal finance, career and artificial intelligence. CLIAK is a product of Kolek.
Do your applications run online?
Yes. Our solutions run in a browser, on desktop and mobile, with no complex installation. Your data stays centralised and backed up.
Can I try before committing?
Yes. We offer a guided demonstration and, depending on the solution, a trial period. Write to us and we will prepare a session tailored to your activity.
Are all solutions available?
CLIAK StockMaster Pro is available on demonstration. CLIAK CareerDNA, CLIAK TalentMaster Pro, CLIAK ProjectMaster Pro and CLIAK Budget & Expense Tracker are still in development.
Rollout and support
How long does setup take?
It depends on your data volume and number of users. A simple start-up takes a few days; a rollout with migration and customisation usually takes a few weeks.
Can you import my existing data?
Yes. We take your spreadsheets or exports from another system, clean them up and load them into your new solution.
Do you train the teams?
Yes. Training is part of our support: hands-on sessions, user guides and assistance after go-live.
Can the software be adapted to our needs?
Yes. We build specific features, custom reports and integrations when your organisation needs them.
Security and data
Is my data safe?
Your data is hosted on secure infrastructure, encrypted in transit, backed up regularly and only accessible to the users your permissions allow.
Who owns the data?
You do. Your data belongs to you and stays exportable at any time.
